Due to the time, strategy, and creative effort involved in our service-based work, all service sales are non-refundable once work has begun.
This includes but is not limited to:

Consulting retainers or hourly contracts

2. Prepaid or Retainer Services
For clients on monthly retainers or prepaid packages:

If you choose to cancel prior to the start of a new billing cycle, you will not be charged again.

Refunds are not provided for partial use of hours or deliverables once work has begun for the current cycle.
3. Future Products (Apparel & Merchandise)
We may introduce branded apparel or physical products in the future. At that time, our product refund policy will include:

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (unworn, unwashed items only)

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

Full refund or exchange offered once the returned item is received and inspected
